RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Planning Marketing Strategy

  • Implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan following correlating budget.
  • Manage & monitor communication channels to promote existing products and services
  • Develop advertising opportunities on ON and OFF channels

Content Marketing

  • Lead brand's content team
  • Managing digital marketing and social media activity across various platforms, including content and advertising tools
  • Analyze advertisement results comparing to KPI.

Brand Management & Awareness

  • Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand
  • Keep current with marketing trends

  • Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings

  • Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives

Customer Engagement & Event

  • Lead event team

  • Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
  • Plan & execute monthly event plan for outlet.

  • Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site during events.

  • Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events.

  • The role is office based but you will be expected to network and socialize regularly with clients and attend a range of industry events and exhibitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record as managing brand.

  • Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the food and beverage or entertainment industry.

  • Strong network of connections is an asset

  • Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for detail and resourceful

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically

  • Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills
  • Those who embody the culture of the brand

  • Youthful and energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude

  • Good technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools and applications.

  • The ability for creative ideas & treatments for online content in multi-channel campaigns.

  • Speak English as a native is a big plus
