RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the HAN procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement cycle at outlet level and group level for all relevant Business Units
• Develops, together with both HAN Project team in North and South at assigned Business Unit project
• Acts as Business Partner to all stake holders within HAN and at assigned Business Unit and align amongst
• Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics tosupport the group procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards, and financial health
• Owner of construction project's procurement activities processes such as sourcing, bidding & pitching, Project Management timeline, (sub) contractor performance
• Partner with Legal, HAN's Procurement manager and Finance team to draft, negotiate and execute for related construction contracts
• Work with IT and Procurement Manager to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needs
• Work with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting, or business systems / operations, logistics/ supply chain/ F&B/Nightlife (as a plus)
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activities
• Good in data/ figures and analytical & negotiation skills
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Necessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitive
• Work independently and under high pressure to meet required deadlines and team leader
