JOB OBJECTIVE 

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource (HR) Director to lead the people agenda for the entire organization. This role partners directly with the Group CEO and Leadership Team to shape the companys direction through people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational capability building.

You will:

  1. Be a strategic HR business advisor to the Group CEO and Leadership Team, contributing to company-level decision making.
  2. Lead and manage the overall HR strategy, services, and policies that ensure an exceptional employee experience.
  3. Champion employee relations and performance development to enhance communication and uplift the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. People Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Develop and lead HR strategic planning aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify HR-related challenges and provide actionable recommendations to support organizational goals.

  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to shape and deliver people priorities.

  • Lead strategic workforce planning for both short- and long-term talent needs.

B. Business Partnering & HR Operations

  • Actively engage with business leaders to contribute to key decisions and problem-solving.

  • Operate with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business challenges.

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including:

    • Talent acquisition and retention

    • Talent development and succession

    • Compensation & Benefits

    • Employee Experience & Engagement

    • HR Systems and Policies

C. Leadership & Culture Development

  • Drive leadership assessment and development to support business growth and cultural transformation.

  • Act as a key influencer of performance and culture change.

  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and lead/participate in strategic projects.

D. Coaching, Consulting & Employee Relations

  • Provide coaching and consulting to managers on leadership and people issues.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for both employees and leadership.

  • Guide managers on using HR tools and processes to effectively develop their teams.

E. HR Compliance, Technology & Insights

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external legal requirements.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits systems.

  • Use data, insights, and HR tech to proactively improve HR effectiveness and support business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience 

  • 12+ years in HR with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role.

  • Experience in both local and multinational environments preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices and strategic HR leadership.

Skills 

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercial mindset with sensitivity to the human element.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to use HR data effectively.

Others 

  • Open-minded, curious, and adaptable to change.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
