MAIN DUTIES:

Planning Marketing Strategy

  • Work with HOM to research, create & plan for Brand Strategy & direction
  • Work with HOM to build Yearly Roadmap & Annual planning
  • Work with MKT team to build deployment plan for Yearly & Quarterly plan
  • Implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan following correlating budget.
  • Develop advertising opportunities on ATL & BTL channels

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Lead team to plan & deploy content for brand on various channels
  • Managing brand's communication including channels, content and advertising tools

Customer Engagement & Offline Activation

  • Lead team to plan and deploy offline activations
  • Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
  • Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site during events.

Brand Management & Awareness

  • Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand
  • Keep current with marketing trends
  • Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives, activities and brief

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record as managing brand.
  • Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the food and beverage or entertainment industry
  • Strong network of connections is an asset
  • Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for detail and resourceful
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
  • Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills
  • Those who embody the culture of the brand
  • Youthful and energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude
  • Good technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools and applications.
  • The ability for creative ideas & treatments for online content in multi-channel campaigns.
  • Speak English as a native is a big plus
