Junior Graphic Designer
About the job Junior Graphic Designer
MAIN DUTIES:
- Receive & capture requests and ideas to develop concepts, design illustrations and explain brand identity ideas such as Logos, Slogan, Posters, Catalog, Brochure, Profile,...;
- Designing key visual elements for websites, mobile applications, and other digital media platforms;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, then creating designs that meet those needs and meet their approval;
- Developing concepts and prototypes for new products and services;
Managing the production process to ensure that all files are ready for printing or digital output; - Create and design illustrations for articles on websites and landing pages;
- Generate & propose innovative and suitable ideas for each design requirement;
- Translate conceptual ideas into well-crafted layouts, contributing to the overall enhancement of product value.
Support in managing work and time of the design team, allocate time and tasks to team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position at companies operating in the F&B or FMCG sectors.
- Expertise in brand management and marketing communications.
- Experience in developing communication ideas, communication models, and content plans.
- Proficient in digital platforms and advertising, as well as marketing activities on digital platforms.
- Experience in executing brand communication campaigns: launching new brands, new products, opening new establishments, and maintaining brand communications.
- Experience working with media partners and creative consultants, with skills in analysis and planning.
- Ability to organize and implement work, with good decision-making skills.
