Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor (F&B/ Nightlife)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing, maintaining daily, monthly and periodic reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time. Analyzing reports to find any factors for business performance improvement.
• Preparing for monthly group financial updates, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other data, including monthly commentary to explain variances between actual vs last month, last year, budget, forecast.
• Preparing quarterly, yearly budget and forecasts in Group level. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
• Preparing & developing financial models: New projects modelling, forecasting modelling, ...
• Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan,including review & approve PR on ERP, tracking actual vs budget & providing advice to budget business owners.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
• Preparing & developing management reports: PNL, CF, BS, sales report... for both excel and system reports.
• Collaborate with FBP, SP&C team, other departments in building database, support for building new reports and solving business case.
• Other tasks assigned by Senior Finance Manager.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. Expert in modelling.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ready to lead FP&A team.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Advanced in excel skills, Power Query. Power BI are preferred.
• Having experience in F&B/nightlife is an advantage.
