About the job FASHION MANAGER
PLANNING & STRATEGY
- Develop and implement the overall fashion strategy to enhance brand identity.
- Research industry trends and consumer insights to shape styling and fashion direction.
- Set goals and KPIs for the fashion team to ensure high performance and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to align fashion initiatives with business objectives.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, collection styling, and wardrobe direction for brand consistency.
DEPLOYMENT & EXECUTION
- Oversee the execution of fashion styling, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Supervise styling for photoshoots, events, and digital content, ensuring high-quality output.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure fashion elements are properly showcased in visual content.
- Provide creative direction on outfit selection, styling themes, and visual storytelling.
- Ensure smooth execution of wardrobe sourcing, fittings, and on-set styling.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, mentor, and manage the fashion team, including stylists and assistants.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team expertise.
- Assign tasks, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment within the team.
PARTNERSHIP & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, brands, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to secure high-quality fashion resources.
- Ensure the efficient management of fashion inventory, wardrobe pieces, and styling assets.
- Optimize budget allocation for styling projects while maintaining quality standards.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fashion management, styling, or creative leadership
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- Good at Vietnamese and English
- Confident in communication, presentable, and enthusiastic about work.
- Ability to work in a team, handle and control situations.
- Ability to observe comprehensively, organize, and execute tasks.
