Job Summary

Performs repairs, maintenance, and installations. Collaborates with others to resolve incidents and to keep the Data Center running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor and liaise with vendors on maintenance work
  • Develop preventive and corrective measures of general facilities and critical facilities
  • Manage as-built drawings and O&M manual records
  • Handle emergency calls of critical environmental facilities
  • Oversee the maintenance works
  • Coordinate in the process of enhancement projects
  • Conduct facilities management operations audits
  • Familiar use maintenance software tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing critical E&M systems is preferable
  • Familiar with technical practices and procedures for maintenance of equipment's and facilities at data center
  • Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable
  • Shift work is required that includes weekends and public holidays in 24x7x365
  • High Certificate or above in Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker or above will be an advantage
  • Lesser qualifications with significant relevant experience will be considered
