What you will do
This position is responsible and accountable for Country Service and Aftermarket business in Thailand Industrial Refrigeration unit. Develops strategic and financial delivery plans. Develops and executes operations workforce resource plan. Executes the overall enterprise wide strategy for the recruitment, development and retention of subcontractors and in house labor. Drives continuous improvement and best practices to improve effectiveness. Provides operations' governance leadership.
How you will do it
Develop and manage a Service Operations model that maximizes customer satisfaction as well as Johnson Controls profit margin Develop and manage a Sales model support consistent year on year growth in revenue and Secure and margin for Service and Aftermarket PSA, L&M, Parts and Retrofit Sales. Regular coordination and communication with all internal/external stakeholder Other assignment that are assigned by supervisor from time to time and willing to travel whenever the need arises. Strict compliance and adherence to JCI Ethics and policies
What we look for
Business acumen with a strong understanding of financials Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. Five to ten year experience in operations management, including both service and project operations management. Managerial experience with hands on mentality including project management experience. Understanding and knowledge of JCI industry and company culture, with the ability to integrate rapidly a matrix organization structure and work effectively to achieve success. Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills in influencing and working with different cultures, mind sets and languages. Effective business oral and written skills in Thai and English.
