Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is required to handle / understand complex transactions (platform exceptions), develop and implement innovative process initiatives, deploy leading edge solutions which match their clients tactical and strategic requirements, work with IBM development teams on requirements, functions and iterations of leading edge solutions and lead training & quality activities related to those solutions.
These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their clients core business processes. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and Japanese languages
- Amenable to work on a client based schedule and in any IBM location in Quezon City(Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
- Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- JLPT Certification is a plus
