Job Summary
Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. Leads projects from inception to completion with matrix, and global teams.
Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
- Partners with business collaborators to analyze, define and document business requirements, within and across functions
- Drives standard processes during requirements capturing and modeling
- Has a solid focus on capturing core requirements, beyond stated requirements and accurately places these within a broader context
- Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business team members
Process Modeling and Design
- Partners with business team members to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functions
- Drives standard processes during requirements capturing and modeling
- Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business team members
Documentation
- Documents and reviews broader team documentation
- Supports the team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates pertaining to solution delivery
- Is a champion for knowledge transfer to enable/empower other team members
Functional Design
- Develops functional designs for applications, integrations and conversions
- Ability to work on multiple functions and integrations with third party products
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and vendor capabilities to produce robust functional designs
- Reviews functional designs and acquires sign-offs with the multi-functional business and IT teams
- Provides inputs into business processes based on design capabilities
- Champions balanced, forward-looking functional designs
Testing & Test Design
- Coordinates integration testing, validates test cases with team members for user acceptance testing and training, and obtains sign-offs
- Coordinates defects clarification, triage and coordinate resolution with engineering teams
System Configurations
- Configures applications in line with business goals
- Crafts forward looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmap
- Develops configuration standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years Service Now CSM/OMT experience with ability to map our business process to Service now OOB features
- Proficient in Flow designer, Agent workspace configurations, Business rules etc
- Expertise in CMDB modeling, configuration management and asset management
- Strong Analytical and decision-making abilities
- Individuals who can take a data driven approach to solve complex problems
- Experience in process modernization and business simplification
- Strong in ServiceNow data load capabilities and reporting, performance analytics and dashboard/homepage capabilities
- Develop systems integrations and process automation, fully using the platform's workflow capabilities, including Orchestration
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to continuous changes
- Experience in designing Customer facing applications for large organizations
