Your Role and Responsibilities
Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting, Workday Integrations, including EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations, and/or Talent Management modules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in configuring & supporting Workday HCM module
- Deep knowledge in at least one functional area in IBM HR, with minimum 3 years hands-on process experience
- Familiarity with at least 2 other functional areas in IBM HR
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret functional specifications or requirements
- Ability to conceptualize how various set-up options affect what happens in the application.
- Demonstrated learner and prioritization skills
- Familiar with business processes, system controls, process flows, and documentations tools
- Understanding of change control, incident management, and testing
- Ability to network with deeper experts in these areas and collaborate on setup as needed
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiarity with Workday application user interface and configurations
- Knowledge and experience in SQL and Report Writer tools
- Project management skills
