The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the business development, growth, planning, sales performance and all aspects of sales management, operations of the Applied Department. He / She shall manage financial performance of the Department to achieve sales and companys business objectives in accordance with agreed plans.

How you will do:

  • Develops and implements business strategies that will help in attaining short term and long-term business objectives.
  • Develops and implements sales plan to achieve sales objectives.
  • Presents to Managing Director the relevant data from market and industry analysis, in relation to the components of the marketing plan.
  • Assists in identifying new market segments and target customers.
  • Conceptualizes, formulates and implements strategies while taking into consideration customer profile, resource structure, major vendors, market trends, items and price points.
  • Conceptualizes programs and activities that drives the market and expand customer base and volume.
  • Ensures overall sales targets are met through proper planning, forecasting and coordination with Service Operations and Project Delivery Department.
  • Recommends sales policies and procedures to further improve and motivate sales force and to further enhance company objectives of maximizing sales and minimizing costs.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly and periodic sales reports and recommends action plans for management review.
  • Assists in analyzing the impact of business results to the companys financial objectives and makes the necessary recommendations to the Management on how to achieve or increase profit.
  • Establishes and enforces team spirit to work with all departments in order to meet the companys overall objectives.
  • Develops relationships with customers through regular visits and/or meetings with customers representative.
  • Assists in developing, designing and establishing structures, systems and processes to most effectively achieve the organizations objectives.
  • Prepares detailed monthly sales quota, subject to the approval of the General Manager, in reference to the approved quota by the Management.
  • Evaluates and ensures right manpower size for his/her Department. Develops and executes operations workforce resource plan.
  • Initiates goal setting and administers performance appraisal/review to all concerned employees in the Department.
  • Coordinates with Human Resources Department regarding personnel requirements, deployment, and training.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

What we look for:

  • Bachelors degree, any related course preferably with post graduate studies or units
  • At least eight (8) years relevant work experience in a managerial or similar capacity.
  • Affiliation with industry organizations
  • Knowledge on HVAC
