As a Field Application Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our products and solutions. You will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our Seller, Channel Partners and customers, helping them understand and implement our products in customers applications. Your deep understanding of our products and their applications will enable you to effectively communicate the value and benefits to our customers, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.

You will report directly to General Manager, Security & Access Solution SAS in Kuala Lumpur and youll work at the Singapore office.

In this role, you will impact the customer experience by ensuring that our products are deployed effectively and meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving issues, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers to right solutions and support development and integration of Honeywell security solutions in various customer applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with other FAEs in the region, best practices & knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical expertise and pre-sales support to customers/Channel Partners/Honeywell Sellers.
  • Conduct sales training to the partners and their sales resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Engage in customer-facing activities like demo, presentation, analyze growth opportunities and product development needs.
  • Coach on targeted product value propositions and review proposal activities.
  • Responsible for Singapore and Malaysia market with Sellers in each country

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science; technology; engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in application engineering/technical sales support.
  • Minimum 3 years in of experience in Electronic Security Industry.
