Your Role

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in supporting children and their families by:

  • Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians.
  • Using data-driven methods to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for client-centered care.

Qualifications

Were looking for a dedicated professional with:

  • A Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure to practice in Florida.
  • Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting (preferred).
  • Active FL Medicaid ID (preferred).

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 annually for full-time or $75-$90 per hour for part-time.
  • Schedule: Flexible; choose your hours with full-time, part-time, or hybrid options.
  • Signing Bonus: Available.
