Base salary range is $100k-$125k DOE, with potential for $250k+ on-target earnings with commission.

Operating in a startup atmosphere, they are seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to oversee sales efforts, expand into new markets, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail buyers.
- Collaborate with and support a national network of individual sales reps.
- Oversee forecasting to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels.
- Lead sales demonstrations and attend industry trade events to showcase products.
- Provide sales projections and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage additional sales team members as the business grows.
- Foster new business relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on brick-and-mortar retail.
- Proven track record of success selling to big-box retailers and corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of retail forecasting and sales projections.
- Experience working with retail tools like Retail Link is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and hands-on approach to achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and grow into a managerial role.
- Willingness to travel for sales demonstrations and client meetings.
