Dear Applicant, for our client - public sector company - we are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality services (IT mainly) to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of a service management in various sectors (IT, medical preferred), good communication skills in both German and English, and the ability to lead a team to ensure service levels are met or exceeded

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of service delivery (including IT), ensuring that services are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the agreed-upon service levels.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and work with teams to implement enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that resources are aligned with service delivery requirements.
  • Implement and manage ITIL-based service management practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage IT projects related to service delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure that services are delivered within agreed budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology or a comparable degree. program with an IT background or relevant trainings.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Service Deliver Manager or similar position.
  • Proven experience in managing medium-scale services and projects.
  • Experience working with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of IT issues and terminology.
  • Highly desired: previous experience in healthcare services.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • German and English language minimum C1.
