Dear Applicant, for our client - public sector company - we are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in IT and other areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT staff, vendors, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project meetings and presentations, documenting decisions and action items.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Report on project performance, including budget adherence, schedule, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed technical, scientific or economics degree.
  • At least three years of professional experience in project management or management in the IT environment or in the healthcare sector.
  • Agile working according to SCRUM or Kanban
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • German and English language minimum B2+/C1
