The Role

Electrical & electronics / EIC, Hybrid system

Solution of the consistency of parts and components, improving the product quality and product grade to ensure product reliability and normal and orderly operation of production.

Responsibilities

  • According to the "New Product Introduction Management Regulations", participate in the horizontal exhibition of new model parts, and promote the problem improvement of durability and adaptability test.
  • Participate in the trial production of new models, promote the problem improvement and verification.
  • Participate in parts control plan review according to regulations, technical agreement and other requirements.
  • According to customer needs, improve product performance and market demand to enhance product reliability;
  • Formulate corrective and preventive measures to improve or improve product quality based on company indicators and evaluation requirements.
  • Based on the 8D to solve the problem, analyze the reasons for the unqualified parts in a timely manner, take corrective measures, and further improve product quality.
  • Implement problem management in accordance with GQDP system management regulations, and ultimately achieve product quality improvement.
  • Carry out various quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements for improving the reliability of the entire vehicle to meet the improvement of the reliability of the entire vehicle.
  • According to the new product tryout plan input by the technology center, organize and participate in the tryout and switch of newly developed parts, participate in product review, problem raising, rectification and verification, ensure the smooth tryout of new products and reduce the occurrence of abnormal production.
  • Responsible for supplier daily management and evaluation, coordinate supplier resources to promote product quality improvement, cooperate with supporting purchasing department to conduct supplier audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Automotive engineering, Mechanical design, electronic and electrical engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Familiar with vehicle structure, understand the function and performance of parts and components, and master the knowledge of automobile production process.
    Be able to operate CATIA, CAD and other tools proficiently, be able to apply the "8D" method proficiently, and solve quality problems.
    Be proficient in using quality analysis tools, have the ability to manage schedules, find and solve problems, and produce reports.
    Master the knowledge of automobile production process.
  • EIC knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluent English (Mandatory).
