About the job REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Brasilia

Main activities:

Represent the company in the development of commercial relationships with the company's main distributor customers;

Periodically achieve volume objectives, respecting commercial policies and internal goals;

Keep the company informed about market actions, in order to feed our management tools and

key performance indicators;

Plan and manage the activities of the complementary Channel team, developing strategies and actions to achieve and/or exceed the sales objectives established by the Company.

Analyze your customers performance indicators to make decisions;

Secure our spaces in the sales area, for customers under your responsibility, keeping the execution team informed about strategies for the point of sale according to negotiations established for the channel;

Carry out team management, people development, provide feedback, performance monitoring, and routine monitoring.

Support and monitor the transformational projects of the distribution channel in the region;

Ensure the complete mix of the product line on your channel and monitor it so there is no shortage at the POS;

Manage exchanges and control promotional discounts;

Manage prices (discounts, ST, tax incentives, final price);

Manage team bonuses;

Periodically monitor the credit status of its customers with the credit and collections department;

Design strategies for the complementary channel and cascade to sellers;

Manage procedures for monitoring return invoices issued by customers.

Required:

Bachelor's degree - Have completed higher education in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related areas.

Fluent in English

Minimum of 3 years experience

Microsoft Package domain

Hands ON

Strategic thinking to develop business strategy and good problem solving/communication to translate business objectives into concrete online and offline marketing plans.

Experience in consultancy, strategic planning, finance, etc., contributes to this position.

Ability to work autonomously and proactively and willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen.

Ability to influence people and engage teams.
