About the job Quality Technology Sr. Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to, guaranteeing compliance with the company's quality policies and objectives. Your mission will be to implement continuous improvements, quickly resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality issues related to batteries, multimedia systems, wiring, and other electronic and electrical components in vehicles during pre-sale and post-sale stages.
Assess product improvement requests from various sources (customer feedback, warranty systems, etc.), defining strategies for investigation and problem-solving.
Lead and monitor product improvement processes, interacting with suppliers, factories, and R&D teams, ensuring deadlines are met and corrective actions are effective (8D reports).
Conduct technical analyses of defective parts, including bench tests (operation, disassembly, component measurements, and electrical parameter evaluations) and fleet vehicle testing to replicate failures.
Visit dealerships for post-sales support and problem investigation.
Requirements:
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Technical skills in analyzing and interpreting electronic circuits.
Experience with testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, insulation meter, etc.).
Knowledge and experience in assembling vehicle components for testing and instrumentation.
Proven experience in analyzing and improving the quality of electronic systems.
Hands-on experience in analyzing and disassembling electric batteries.
Experience with hybrid/electric systems is a plus.
Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, CAN/LIN reading).
