About the job Spare Parts Supervisor
Main responsibilities
Develop spare parts ordering rules and workflow focused to maximize service rate and reduce dealer stock days by introducing the following techniques:
- Spare parts commercialization rules
- ABC curve
- Just-in-Time techniques
- Historical parts demand analysis
- Obsolete parts handling
- Spare parts pricing sales monitoring
- Etc.
Personalize dealer and manufacturer systems according to spare parts ordering rules and workflow
Create logistics KPIs and reports to manage such operation
Create visual dashboards for dealers to manage spare parts operation
Create training for dealers, material and train them periodically according to their needs
On-line basic trainings
Face to face training to cover all storage operation
OJT (on the job training) to maximize dealers storage operations
Be the window person between dealers, manufacturer and DMS to improve logistics results and workflow
Required skills
Good communication and proactivity position
Negotiation experience with dealers, suppliers, BOD and dealers association
Deeply analysis & problem resolution oriented
Teamwork mind-set
Multitask skills
Bachelors degree
Experience in After-sales department at automotive industry (logistics, dealer and manufacturer process, commercial, training, planning, etc.)
Long living and experience at Spare Parts business
Portuguese (home language)
English (intermediary minimum / advanced is a differential)
