Quality Sr Analyst | Electronics

Ensure that electronic parts and components comply with the companys quality policy, focusing on continuous improvement. Guarantee product reliability and the normal operation of production through quick and accurate solutions to line problems.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate technical issues with electronic parts, propose temporary and permanent solutions.
• Analyze part disassemblies, implement corrective measures, and verify their effectiveness.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers, coordinating improvements and audits with the purchasing department.
• Participate in the assembly and experimental implementation of parts according to the R&D plan.
• Identify and resolve process issues before the vehicle SOP (Start of Production).
• Participate in the review of parts control plans according to regulations and technical requirements.
• Identify product risks in the market and conduct inspections on new models.
• Inspect the early purchase of parts for mass production.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in English.
• Extensive experience in quality analysis and improvement in electronic systems.
• Experience in electric battery analysis (reading, measuring, and disassembly).
• Familiarity with electronic circuit analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of onboard diagnostic tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, etc.).
• Knowledge of testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for interaction with different departments and suppliers.
• Ability to apply problem-solving tools and quality methodologies (8D, SPC, 5W3H, etc.).
