KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPARE PARTS PRICE
Make spare parts market research with competitors
Set an strategic spare parts price setting ("customer oriented and not money maker")
Coordinate spare parts price update among related departs
Update spare parts price on system
SPARE PARTS PROFITABILITY
Provide business analysis in periodical basis and set opportunities to improve spare parts margin
Validate business opportunities with related departments, BOD and implement it
SPARE PARTS COMMERCIALIZATION RULES
Manage spare parts commercialization policy and improve periodically
Create dashboards to manage dealers performance related to spare parts commercialization policy
PRICE MONITORING
Create a system to detect dealers with high level of discounts and overprice
Monitor dealers invoicing to detect high level of discounts and overprice
Adjust dealers margin based on their after sales performance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Good communication and proactivity position
Negotiation experience with dealers, suppliers, BOD and dealers association
Deeply analysis & problem resolution oriented
Teamwork mind-set
Bachelors degree
Experience on After-sales department at automotive industry (spare parts price, budget control, finances, planning, etc.)
Knowledge on Brazilian taxes and financial statement is a differential
Excel with high skills is mandatory
English (intermediate)
