Job Objective
The position will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the systems supporting Human Resources, Administration, and other back-office departments, ensuring their efficient, secure, and innovative operation. This includes leveraging system functionalities, resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to optimize processes and align system capabilities with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and enhance systems supporting Human Resources, Administration, and other back-office departments to ensure seamless operation and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement system enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure proper system integration between HR, Administration, and other platforms, facilitating smooth data flow and interoperability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system roadmaps, prioritize projects, and support process automation initiatives.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, workflows, and best practices.
Train and support end users, ensuring proper adoption of system functionalities and addressing operational challenges.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous system improvements.
Required:
Strong knowledge of enterprise systems supporting Human Resources, Administration, and other back-office functions.
Experience with system implementation, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.
Experience working with data management, reporting, and system configurations to enhance usability and performance.
Knowledge of API integrations between enterprise systems.
Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and security best practices in enterprise systems.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise systems for Human Resources, Administration, and other back-office functions.
Experience in system integration, process automation, and business process optimization.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and other enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of data management, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, and implementing system improvements.
Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party service providers.
Proficiency in API integrations, including REST and SOAP, for seamless system interoperability.
Experience with system architecture design and understanding of microservices, cloud computing, and middleware solutions
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management and software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data modeling for system reporting and analytics.
