Indirect Procurement Buyer (Pl Analyst)

Main Responsibilities

The buyer will be responsible for handling the procurement needs of various departments and strive to continuously minimize the procurement cycle and find the most cost-effective materials & service

The buyer will be responsible to attend the departments located at SP Office, especially Commercial, Marketing, Admin, HR, Legal, Compliance, EGA, Finance, Sales and After Sales Departments and others

Interact with each demand department, deal with all kinds of problems in the material & service purchasing process and report to the manager

Receive the demands through Mercado Eletrônico e-Procurement system, or the tasks submitted by leaders

Ask for quotations by e-Procurement system, check the prices and costs, prepare price comparison and sourcing explanation to leaders

Communicate and solve problems with relevant business parties

Responsible to ensure the disposal and implementation of all indirect procurement requirements

Responsible for implementation of the company's various procurement plans, the procurement of indirect materials, fixed assets, outsourcing services, etc., to meet the needs of various departments

Continuously promote savings to the company's procurement cost through various measures such as price negotiation, localization, spec change, brand replacement, introduction of new suppliers, material optimization, etc.

Manage and improve the procurement process and optimize the operation process to improve the overall work efficiency, continuously shorten the procurement process and improve material quality

Implement and participate in the procurement project negotiation, contract signing, material payment request, material management, supplier management, related party management and other work, follow the requirements of procurement management regulations, ensure the smooth progress of indirect procurement work

Achieve the requirements of purchasing application completion rate, on-time delivery rate, supplier performance evaluation, corruption risk prevention, etc., identify process problems and put forward optimization suggestions

Required Experience

Be fluent in English

Bachelor's degree

Desirable have worked in others car makers or big multinational company

Good communication and power of persuasion

Have 1-5 years purchasing experience with commercial areas (marketing, production plan, sales and after sales), HR and Admin, IT (equipments, softwares, outsourcing), etc.

Have indirect/direct /bidding procurement experience

Know deeply all indirect procurement processes, step by step

Work skill and logical thinking with 5W2H tool /3A

Has experience with operation of local e-procurement system

Power Point, Excel and Word, desirable know-how with Power BI

Ability to work independently and self-disciplined

Must have Driver License and availability to travel to our plant in Iracemápolis town and visit suppliers
