Job Objective

Pricing Sr. Analyst to join Product Planning team which will be responsible for developing pricing strategies that maximize profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This professional will play a crucial role in market analysis, margin management, and the development of pricing scenarios to ensure the competitiveness and positioning of GWM products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies for new products, considering costs, demand, competition, and financial objectives

Conduct detailed market analyses, including pricing trends, competitive benchmarking, and customer behavior

Create and manage pricing structures, adjusting for market changes, taxes, and sales channels

Monitor and analyze profit margins, costs, and financial impacts of pricing strategies

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the sales and product marketing teams

Develop reports and track KPIs related to pricing, such as price elasticity, sales volume, and contribution margins

Ensure compliance with pricing policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements with dealer network

Required

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields

Experience with Pricing in the automotive industry or related sectors

Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Advanced/Fluent English proficiency

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels

Proactivity, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

Expertise in data analysis, price structuring, sales incentives, and strategies for the product lifecycle

Proficiency in financial spreadsheets, pricing structures, price elasticity analyses, contribution margin calculations, and tax frameworks

Experience in evaluating the perceived value of features and competitor analysis

Knowledge of Product and Price Planning and Finance processes

Ability to interpret market data, market values, and financial indicators
