Technical Literature Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Support GWM After Sales to translate all materials coming from China HQ such as: Service Manual, Diagram Manual, Tools

Manual and Owners Manual.

Stablish a workflow and routine with China HQ in order to improve and fix (when be necessary) all technical materials delivered to Brazil Market.

Focus on quickly support to dealers when it was detected: lack of technical diagnosis tool or no tool available.

Stablish a close comunication with dealer throughth GDMC focus to support on: register a new diagnosis tool (GWMT) and to solve problems when dealer subimite a Technical Report Failure of GWMT.

Be a bridge with the Local suppliers homologated by GWM responsible to execute the translation and printing taks.

Responsible to support other GWM areas during the lauch materials such as Parts, Trainning, R&D and PPD as example.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Bachelors degree

People management (Teamwork mind set, focus on customer first and risk management)

Experience with Technical contents (Manuals), new models launch process and suppliers negotiation

Deeply analysis & problem resolution oriented

Experience with Dealer Network Operation and Problem Solving

Over 08 years experience at automotive industry

Over 08 years experience at After Sales Division working with Technical Materials, Service Operation, Dealers

Knowledge of After Sales Operation, Suppliers (translation, printing, development issues, etc.)

English advanced
