About the job Planning Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
AFTER SALES PERFORMANCE
Standardize KPIs calculation criterias and rules
Calculate KPIs manually and/or through systems
Create management reports and slides to support field team & managers
Make business analysis and recommendations to improve overall business
VOLUME TREND
Calculate current and future units in operation and service demand
DIGITALIZATION
Coordinate DMS standardization according to GWM strategies
Integrate systems according to After Sales and company strategies
Create automatic dashboards through PowerBI, systems and Excel if needed
DEALERS STANDARDS
Standardize dealer capacity references
Control dealers capacity so they can attend brand requirements
ROAD MAP
Create annual plan with related departments and validate with BOD and HQ
Coordinate road map implementation periodically (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
Synchronize road map implementation with departments goals and staffs goals
GOVERNANCE
Set governance meetings to support operations management and projects implementations
Support After Sales areas to standardize governance reports
Create and control After Sales budget and payments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Project management
Multitask administration
Negotiation experience with dealers, dealers association and top managements
Teamwork mindset
Bachelor's degree
High experience with After Sales planning
Knowledge of After Sales operation (dealers operation, dealers process, technical, logistics, customer care, warranty, commercial, training, etc.)
Experience at automotive industry (at least 5 years)
English (advanced)
