Quality Technology Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to ensure the quality of parts and components related to chassis/motor assemblies, guaranteeing compliance with the company's quality policies and objectives. Your mission will be to implement continuous improvements, quickly resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of interior and exterior finishes, seats, and other vehicle parts in the market (pre- and post-sale).

Evaluate product improvement requests (customer feedback, warranty system, etc.) and define strategies for problem investigation and resolution.

Manage and participate in the continuous improvement process, liaising with suppliers, factories, and R&D to meet deadlines.

Evaluate and approve actions through 8D reports, taking measures to mitigate risks for customers or operations.

Investigate defective parts from the market by conducting bench tests, disassemblies, measurements, and problem reproductions.

Conduct visits to dealerships for post-sale support and investigations.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Fluency in English.

Understanding of vehicle part structure and interaction.

Familiarity with production processes for interior and exterior finishes.

Experience in quality analysis and improvement, interior/exterior systems, and bodywork/painting.

Skills in supplier process audits and evaluations.

Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, SPC, 5W3H, among others.
