Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the execution of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Management Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly internal and external management reports, including P&L, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth target/actual comparisons and variance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc analyses to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Budgeting: Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Intercompany Settlements: Process intercompany settlements and calculate cost center and cost unit allocations.
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• ERP System Development: Drive the further development of the controlling module in our ERP financial system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Knowledge and Skills

• You have a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or relevant
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales reporting, and data analytics
• You bring practical know-how in the area of controlling.
• Experience working with global firms and diverse cultures is an advantage.
• You work in a very structured way, bring analytical skills and have a high affinity for numbers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and exposure on reporting tools is an advantage (e.g. Power Query, Access, SQL, Power BI)
• Ideally, you already have practical know-how in the area of ERP systems
• You are used to working to deadlines and have mastered the art of keeping calm in such situations.

Work Arrangement

• Work Schedule is 10AM to 7PM, weekends off
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Uging Norte, Quezon City. Building is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
• Hybrid arrangement - 3x a week on site
