The Operations Manager, Admissions is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the admissions team, ensuring efficient and effective processing of student applications. This role involves coordinating with multiple brands, various stakeholders, managing team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure efficient workflow.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the entire admissions application processing cycle, from submission to decision.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional standards and timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Data Protection Act, SEVIS, and U.S. Department of Education regulations.
  • Manage student data and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with academic staff, registrars, and external stakeholders of multiple universities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly admissions reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Manage admissions policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new policies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree of any field
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical leadership for at least 10 years.
  • Experience with campaigns that require rule based processes, document review and, data validation are much preferred.
  • Brings a wealth of experience in process streamlining and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of admissions regulations and best practices is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: 8AM UK time or 3pm to 12am weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. The area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas
  • This is onsite work daily
