  • Manage team performance, workload, and deliverables while providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, productivity, service excellence, and continuous development.

Manage AP Systems and Process Documentation

  • Oversee AP-related requests through ticketing systems and ERP platforms, ensuring tasks are tracked, prioritized, and resolved within required timelines.
  • Create, update, and maintain AP process documentation, internal guidelines, and work instructions to support consistency and compliance.

Drive Process Improvement and Compliance

  • Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure AP operations comply with internal policies, applicable regulations, and established financial controls while providing performance updates and analysis to management.

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to manage workloads, motivate teams, and drive performance.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable process migration and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of accounting or ERP systems and experience handling high-volume transaction processing.
