HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR?

  • At least 3 years of experience administering Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong experience building Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Flow automations.
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations with ERP platforms and, preferably, Student Information Systems (SIS).
  • Knowledge of CRM data governance, data quality management, and system documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.


DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

Salesforce Administration

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform supporting student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment.
  • Configure and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, user permissions, and security settings.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Reports and Dashboards that provide visibility into admissions pipelines and operational performance.
  • Build and optimize automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other platform capabilities.

CRM Optimization & Workflow Automation

  • Continuously improve recruitment, admissions, and enrollment workflows through CRM enhancements.
  • Configure lead routing, applicant lifecycle tracking, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate manual tasks, and improve user experience across the admissions journey.
  • Support the ongoing scalability of Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.

Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Support integrations between Salesforce, Student Information Systems (SIS), NetSuite, and other institutional platforms.
  • Monitor system integrations and resolve synchronization issues to ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality through validation rules, routine audits, and proactive monitoring.
  • Support data governance initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy and compliance.

User Support & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across Admissions, Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and best practice guidance to encourage platform adoption and effective CRM usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Support applicant-related system enquiries and application updates as required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality, reporting capabilities, and system performance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that support business growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional student experience.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and recommend new features and best practices where appropriate.
