About the job Site Supervisor
- 10–15 years of experience in operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience coordinating and supervising daily site or plant operations.
- Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including JHAs, SWMS, and SOPs.
- Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits.
- Ability to monitor operational performance, downtime, and quality.
- Strong team leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- A car is an advantage, according to the employer's brief.
