Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Telesales) to support our Dubai operations for a next-generation recruitment platform serving businesses across the GCC and Asia. This work-from-home role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in sales and business development within the recruitment and HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment solutions
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Understand client hiring needs and clearly explain service offerings
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Build strong relationships with potential customers across the GCC region
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Native or fluent Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic about building a career in sales and business development
- Comfortable with telesales and outbound calling
- Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a work-from-home setup
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates on husbands or fathers visa will be given preference
- Candidates residing in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) or Fujairah preferred
- Native or fluent Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills
- Interest in recruitment, HR services, or SaaS platforms
