Position Description:

4+ years of experience in Syniti DSP toolset (Development and Configuration). Experience in SAP MM modules with a strong understanding of data fields and design. Experience working with P2P master data, including business partners, Pinfo records, Source List, etc. 2+ full cycle SAP MM Implementations along with SAP MM data Implementation like Material Management, PP, etc. Good understanding of SAP MM integration with other modules, PP, QM, SD, and FI. Knowledge of SAP P2P data design. Demonstrated ability to map, cleanse, and discover SAP master data through project work. Bachelors degree required.

Essential Skills:

Configurator for the Data Governance solution, DSP Syniti. Begins working within a specific DSP Syniti application and data element, but can be used across any Data Governance application and/or data element as the need arises and expertise is gained. Performs impact assessment for issues and proposed changes involving application content. Creates and maintains end-user application content using the DSP Syniti Front End application. Updates or creates data validation rules and content specific to DSP Syniti Conduct, Data Quality, and Mass. Update documentation when introducing Data Governance and Management changes. Implement Master Data Governance. Provide cross-functional and geographic perspectives on data governance. Provide leadership and suggestions for proactive data auditing and lifecycle management. Implement data quality metrics and help interpret any trends on data quality within their functional area/geography. Monitor business conformity to governance rules and policies. Drive the completion of assigned data auditing tasks. Develop consistent procedures, processes, and tools across Master Data Management. Protect the integrity and accuracy of data to be loaded into the SAP system. Articulate the impact of master data on IT design, business processes, & end user transactions. Implements Projects. Partner with IT and SME resources to represent MDM and identify and resolve data and design gaps. Lead local contacts through Data Mapping, Discovery, and Transformation. Leverage technical expertise to load and verify master data. Apply MDM governance rules and concepts to project work, User Education. Provide coaching and detailed knowledge transfer to key business partner.s Deliver training to educate local data analysts, business process owners, and stakeholders on data quality and data governance. Develop and refine global data documentation as needed: SOPs, Transaction Aids, Job Aids, etc. Support End-User Requests. Provide timely expert support to GBSs, affiliates, sites, and outsourced business partners by performing manual entry and mass loads of requested data into the SAP Production environment. Cross-train and share daily production support workload with other global data analysts. Collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts and IT to resolve business problems

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience in Syniti DSP (Development and Configuration)
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing data governance applications in Syniti DSP
• Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), with knowledge of Material Management, PP (Production Planning), and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) data
• Experience in SAP MM data implementation, including business partners, Pinfo records, Source Lists, and other related data fields
• Good knowledge of SAP MM integration with other modules like PP, QM, SD, and FI
• Ability to understand and resolve integration issues across modules
• Proven ability to map, cleanse, and discover SAP master data through project work
• Experience with MDG implementation, including creating and maintaining data validation rules and ensuring data governance adherence
• Ability to implement data quality metrics, track trends, and perform proactive data auditing to ensure high-quality data
• Experience in managing and implementing data governance projects, from Data Mapping to Discovery and Transformation
• Lead local contacts and teams through data governance activities and ensure project completion
• Ability to collaborate with IT, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders to resolve data and design gaps
• Experience delivering training to business process owners, data analysts, and other stakeholders on data governance and data quality best practices
• Knowledge transfer and coaching of team members
• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field such as IT, Business, or Engineering)
