Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Student Project Manager. This is a full-time, direct hire role supporting Workday Student implementation and post-implementation initiatives. The PM will partner with functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery across admissions, student records, curriculum management, academic progress, and system integrations.

What You'll Do in a Day

• Support Workday Student implementation and post-implementation initiatives, including admissions, student records, curriculum management, academic progress, and integrations.

• Coordinate Student Information System (SIS)–related activities across Workday modules, including dependencies with HCM, security, reporting, and integrations.

• Track and manage vendor deliverables, implementation timelines, risks, and issue resolution related to Workday Student.

• Support testing cycles including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and delivery outcomes.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Prior experience as a Project Manager leading complex, multi-year initiatives.

• Experience supporting or managing enterprise technology implementations (Workday Student preferred).

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and go-live preparation.

• Proven ability to manage vendors, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $125 – 145K depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay for transparency and equal opportunity.
