Using tools like GroundPlan and preparing material takeoffs. Converts these into accurate cost estimates and supports tender submissions. Ensures accuracy and flags discrepancies in plans.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity/ takeoffs type using Ground plan software
• Accurately measure plans
• Review plans to identify missing details or discrepancies related to measurements
• Maintain organized files for takeoffs and measurements
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience in quantity takeoffs
• Experience in using GroundPlan estimation software
• Knowledge in landscaping and irrigation
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
