Job Description:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving their strategic growth by targeting and securing business opportunities within independent design/build, architecture and interior design firms as well as large scale Enterprises. This position requires a blend of determination, creativity, and accountability.
Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9:30pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining document organization.
- Support project coordination by updating, tracking, and managing workflows in Monday.com to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Utilize Business Central to assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Use Procore to facilitate project documentation, client approvals, and communication across project teams.
- Draft and distribute professional communications such as memos, reports, and email updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership and client communications.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that enhance administrative and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in office administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Procore is required.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
