Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a full-time CAD Drafter (CorelDRAW) supporting our client's team. Use your CorelDRAW skills to create accurate, production-ready designs for compliance plates, asset identification tags, industrial labels, signage, and other custom identification products.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP40,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM PHT)

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed layouts for plates, labels, signage, and identification products using CorelDRAW.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for compliance plates, VIN plates, asset tags, industrial labels, and custom signage for printing, engraving, laser cutting, CNC, and other production processes.
• Interpret customer specifications, drawings, measurements, logos, and technical information.
• Position dimensions, text, numbering, logos, and symbols accurately, ensuring designs are clear, legible, consistent, and suitable for their intended use.
• Revise artwork based on customer requirements and production feedback.
• Check artwork for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with technical requirements before production.
• Maintain organised digital files and production documentation while managing multiple projects and meeting turnaround times.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to clarify specifications and resolve drafting issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CAD Drafter, Graphic Designer, Signage Designer, or in a similar technical design role.
• Strong CorelDRAW experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of layouts, dimensions, typography, technical drawings, vector artwork, and production-ready files.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently on repetitive, highly detailed projects.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements, supported by good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience preparing artwork for printing, engraving, laser cutting, CNC, or signage production is highly desirable.
• Experience with compliance plates, industrial signage, labels, asset identification, or manufacturing is an advantage.
