Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a CAD Estimator supporting our client's team with CAD drafting and cost estimating for perimeter security projects. You will prepare accurate drawings, material take-offs, and project estimates, helping the sales team focus on client conversations, solutions, and closing opportunities.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP35,000 - PHP45,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM, AU Shift)

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage detailed drawings for fencing, gates, access control, and related perimeter security infrastructure.
• Interpret project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material lists.
• Prepare quotations and estimates by calculating material, labour, and overall project costs.
• Update CAD drawings and estimates to reflect design revisions and project changes.
• Perform basic calculations for layouts, dimensions, and spatial requirements.
• Check drawings, estimates, and documentation against project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare technical documentation to support construction and installation teams.
• Support design reviews, implement feedback, and maintain drawing versions and project documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience as a CAD Drafter or in a similar role.
• Strong estimating skills, including quantity take-offs, material calculations, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge, Tekla, or similar.
• Experience with security, infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
