Account Manager (Onsite, Nightshift)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and relationship-driven Account Manager who can build strong connections with both clients and staff. This role serves as the main point of contact for account support, client communication, internal coordination, performance monitoring, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, concerns, account updates, and relationship management. 
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both clients and staff through regular communication and support. 
  • Monitor account performance, contract updates, renewals, reports, and internal coordination to ensure smooth operations 
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet KPIs, support account growth, and identify upselling or new business opportunities 
  • Support client and staff needs with a professional, solutions-focused, and relationship-driven approach

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role with both client-facing and staff support responsibilities 
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with a warm and professional approach 
  • Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheets, MS Office, and general productivity software 
  • Able to take initiative, adapt to company processes, and manage responsibilities with maturity and accountability
