Q300206: JR. Tax & Compliance Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Tax & Compliance Coordinator to support our tax and accounting team. This role involves assisting with QC Accounting tasks, gathering and organizing information for Form 3115 filings, preparing Form 3115s, and calculating Section 481(a) adjustments. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with financial data and compliance processes.
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:
- Provide QC Accounting support, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
- Gather, review, and organize information required for Form 3115 preparation.
- Assist in drafting and preparing Form 3115s under the guidance of senior staff.
- Calculate Section 481(a) adjustments and ensure supporting schedules are complete.
- Maintain accurate workpapers and documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with tax team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow internal quality and compliance standards throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of tax concepts; experience with Form 3115 or 481(a) adjustments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numerical data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently or with a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
