As a Swimming Pool Chemical and Equipment Expert in Customer Support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and assistance with their swimming pool maintenance needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6 am - 3 pm

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expert advice on swimming pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance procedures via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool equipment.
  • Educate customers on the correct use and application of our products, ensuring they achieve optimal results.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on individual customer needs and pool conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Assist with the development of customer support resources such as FAQs, guides, and instructional videos.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and expertise.

The Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of swimming pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and tools.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications or training in pool maintenance (preferred).
