About the job Q300175: CRM Data Entry Associate

Responsible for inputting data into a computer system, spreadsheet, or database. The responsibility is to maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care. They are the liaison between employees and the CRM software.

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9 pm - 6 am

The Responsibilities:

  • Research, create, update, and maintain Zoho, and or other CRM programs.
  • Research clients/firms via Google, company website, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Vetting leads, new entries, and updating firms/records.
  • Maintain clear readable details of the qualified lead(s) within Zoho.
  • Create Task Reminders (TR) in Zoho.
  • Vetting webinars, Trade Shows, Conferences, and any lists provided by Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and Administrative Assistants.
  • Maintain a timesheet to be submitted to your direct report every two weeks.
  • Maintain a quiet workspace to present a business atmosphere and represent ETS professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned by management, i.e., Cost Segregation kick-off calls

The Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in ZOHO SOP, MS Office suite/tool,s and other CRM
  • Possess the ability to navigate through websites to research and obtain information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, working independently, Self-Motivated.
