Q300000: Junior Cost Segregation Engineer

Work closely with the Sales Team and Clients to gather the necessary information to produce a complete and accurate Cost Segregation Study promptly. Individuals in this position work diligently to foster and cultivate a strong working relationship with all Clients and the Sales Team to ensure a positive experience. The main goal of this position is to learn and develop knowledge with provided ongoing training and support.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000

The Work Set-Up: 

• Full-time and Part-time
• Work onsite 
• Mon-Fri | 9 pm - 6 am

The Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read and evaluate construction plans
• Must be able to do take-off on all types and categories of construction drawings
• Must know how to allocate assets into the appropriate class lives
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to manage time effectively
• Must be able to ascertain the scope of the project
• Must be able to read and decipher Depreciation Schedules and other Cost Compilation Documentation
• Demonstrated understanding of the basics of Cost Segregation
• Project costing or materials costing is beneficial

The Requirements:

• One (1) to Three (3) years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Basic construction, floor plans, blueprints, NEP, and building codes.
• Background experience working with Design and Architectural firms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (basic grammar, punctuation).
• Proficiency in CRM software; Excel; Microsoft Office, PowerBI or other related software.
