(G) HR Generalist

Responsible for delivering all facets of the HR process throughout the organization. Ensures the hiring of the best possible talents for the firm. Oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization, and manages recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6 am - 3 pm

The Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
  
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

The Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years experience in General HR, End-to-End Recruitment or similar.
• Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping.
• Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and needs minimal supervision.
• Practice a high level of confidentiality.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and good team player.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
