This role will initially focus on verifying uploads and checking data accuracy within our portal. This will expand to encompass a variety of QA tasks across different departments and projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our systems and content are up to the highest standards of accuracy and consistency, playing a critical part in the quality assurance process. Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000

The Responsibilities:
- Perform regular checks and reviews to ensure all uploaded data within our portal is accurate, complete, and consistent with established standards.
- Conduct in-depth audits of various systems, content, and processes across the organization, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Document QA findings, create comprehensive reports, and communicate errors or issues clearly and effectively to internal teams.
- Develop a system for tracking issues and improvements.
- Continuously evaluate current QA processes and workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and boost overall quality.
- A natural curiosity about identifying problems, investigating root causes, and understanding systems and processes in depth.
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard of accuracy.
The Requirements:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with project management or issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service platforms and cloud-based systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, written (basic grammar, punctuation) and verbal.
- Knowledge of sales CRM software; Excel; Microsoft Office
