To develop the strategy used in marketing a company's product online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others. They may put together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get their company's message out.

The Salary Range: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (8am - 5pm)

The Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Creating reports from any of the above.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

The Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or similar field
  • Preferably with real estate background
  • Proficiency in ActivePipe, Design Vault, and/or similar software
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and oral)
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines
  • Consistent, results-oriented, and has strong attention to detail
